yes, i know it's been like 10 thousand years since the last time i actually typed
something here. (: two words, LAZY & BUSY

busy studying for mid-years,
busy training practically everyday.

my daily routine this week:
- wake up
- travel all the way to serangoon central macdonalds to study with lionel (the maggot)
- walk to serangoon stadium for training
- walk back to serangoon central for dinner and more studying till 10pm.
- go home & sleep

today's exceptional. apparently someone had some date ar. XD no time for his good
friend over here yes? that explains why i'm here letting my time past by slowly while
updating my much abandoned blog. suppose to train in the morning, the weather
didn't permit. thought of goin in the evening but it seems all so cloudy now. oh wells.
guess i'll make a trip down to the gym for some weights training later.

nothing much.

not a productive day.

it's a wonder why time passes by so fast.

watched memoirs of the geisha with my beloved 1 T 21 today.
nice show.! and zhang ziyi's eyes are really captivating. pretty!
probably i should get the blue contacts then can be like her eyes.big and blue ! LOL.
and i skipped training for the movie.all ginni's and lala's fault.now m feeling guilty! argh.

ytd's training sucks .
wasn't because it's was tough.
in fact it wasn't.
it's because i didn't train hard enough !
strained my hemstring after the 5 times of 200m.
and "poof" there goes my effort.
had to rest and massage my leg.
couldn't do the remaining intervals.

perhaps coach was rite.
didn't train for so long.
i've pushed myself too much.
just hope he doesn't think im not conditioned enough.
i know im not physically conditioned yet.
but i'll proof him wrong. soon. i hope.

ever since lessons and cca started.
everyday reaching home earliest 7pm.

not the tutorials and lectures of cos.
it's the people there.
my classmates are a whole bunch of funny pple ok.
especially the guys . always tricking the teachers and making fun of them.
obviously in an unharmful way
damn funny.lol ! wei qiang's damn sacarstic pls..
HAHA.
my chinese and maths teachers damn easy to bully.
econs teacher is freaking lame.
he's always asking random questions for no apparent reason.
for example.ytd.when he was about to finish our econs tutorial!
he suddenly ask ," have you all bought your chinese new year clothes ?"
like WTH lar.i don't see how chinese new year clothes has gotta do with econs.
haha !
my chem teacher is like really boring lar.

math's pretty easy though.but the Graphic calculator is expensive !

today's training kinda tedious for me.
really need to get use to the trainings soon.
regretted not training during the hols !

HEYS !
ytd was the last day of orientation ):
didn't want it to end.
it was so fun lar.
especially the finale nite
the spirit was so high !
everyone was so enthusiastic !
cheers were great. C-J C-J-C! C-J C-J-C! (:
the performances by various houses and the facilitators were damn funny!
especially the romeo and juliet one. LOL.
and of cos the " who's gonna get me another Tiger ?"
then every one started running up the stage to the facilitator who said that.
LOL.oh yar. and the "Singapore Idol In Pairs" by faciliators Ness and Bose.very cute and funny.
Mass dance was great. though it's a lil messy, some pple can't find a place to dance, the hall too small to accommodate so many pple so every one end up banging each other. but every one's mood was fantastic. like all high on drugs. danced like crazy. (:
oh oh ! my house, the ORION of cos, won the best banner ! ok..i noe it isn't a big deal lar. but m still proud of it ! the colour of my house is one of my favourite colours ! ORANGE ! hehs. huey si's one too ! jealous rite huey si ? my house colour orange already.your's still red . LOL.(:

well.in the morning we went for amazing race and dragon boating in Kallang !
amazing race didn't really felt like amazing race lar. cos everyone's like walking from one destination to another. LOL . by nonetheless my class still did really well ok. we got second place. lost to the first by freaking 5 points ! now let me tell you what we did with our points. the facilitators have like a bagful of different stuffs. stupid ones too. and so we get to bid for stuffs in the bag with our points . but obviously we didn't noe what we're bidding for lar. the facils just described the object. haha. my group got a packet of chocolate biscuits ! yum! some groups got sweet. it was really funny to see some groups bid so high for stuffs like TISSUE PAPER and paper cups . ahahahaha ! Then we went on to dragon boat ! unfortunately it rained.heavily.but lucky us. there wasn't any lighting so we still get to dragon boat.it was actually quite fun dragon boating in the rain. so the instructor thought us how to dragon boat, play some games and made us jump into the water. damn fun lar. haha.poor rowena and micheal lost their specs when they jumped into the water..hahahaha ! they were damn hilarious. they were like " oh shit i lost my specs !" then everyone laughing.but very poor thing lar cannot see for the whole day.hehs.luckily i wore contacts. OH ! the best part was my class won the dragon boat competition ! it was a nice win ok. we were like really far behind when they started cos we weren't ready. but guess what ! we ended up way in front of the rest of the classes. bout a distant of 1 1/2 boats or maybe more. ! (: love my class !! nice one guys !
one of the class capsized ! LOL they were like sitting on the edges of the boat then started to rock the boat.ended up capsizing ! ahahhah ! my class towed their boat filled with river water back to shore. so nice rite. of cos ! we r the champions ! hahaha.

the orientation has ended.
lesson starting tomorrow.
track training tomorrow .
have bout 5 weeks with my class.
stupid results coming out so early .
but i know we're gonna have so much fun studying together !

it's the weekends,
finally i have the time to update.
cos orientations like ending at 5++ everyday
by the time i reach home i'll be so exhausted to even on the comp.
orientation is fun though.
love the mass dance and games and cheers we learnt
hate the talks . bores us totally. makes me wanna sleep all the time
plus the fact that i do not have ample rest ever day
having to wake up at 6 and leave my house at 6.45 in order to catch the earlier bus
so i wun be freaking late like ytd!
132 takes like forever to reach ok.
LOL.

love my class too.
they are like crazy bunch of pple lar.

and i have a very nice form teacher. or rather home tutor

many things happened around recently or rather for a period of time already. which pretty much affected me. emotionally of course . well, shouldn't be thinking too much especially during this crucial period.yea.

national track and field meet is over already.for mi at least.which means no more cca no more track=(

just realised how much im gonna miss track.miss trainings with all of them. miss fooling around with huey si during trainings and all the nonsense from justin alex and chris..how m gonna miss crapping around with cheryl, serena and everybody else..miss the scoldings from siva and how he pushes us to the extreme.and of course miss the ever so naggy but caring mdm foong.. m just really gonna miss the fun, laughter, joy and the time spent with the trackers for the past 3 1/2 years..just the thought of it makes mi feel really really depressed..it's just so hard to let go of everything at the moment..

today sucks..went to school for math lessons in the morning den realised tat the lesson was cancelled..so went home.

den at home kept sniffing..non-stop runney nose...irritating..used up two whole box of tissues and finally it stopped.time for training..

was really late when i left the house for training..so took a cab down..dammit..the stadium will be closing in half an hours time for some soccer match..wat rotten luck..so siva rushed us..when i was ready to run..siva told mi to sit down.rest..dun run...argh..couldn't train again..and nationals is like in 2 weeks time..stupid flu..

and so training in 20mins...very intensive..almost everyone had some problems..some vomitted..some pain here pain there..how i wish i could train..

haha..it's only 3.48am and m wide awake..my beauty slp was interrupted by my irritating nose and annoying throat...can't seem to stop all the sneezings and sniffings and coughings ! argh..my nose is currently block at one side..*cough*cough*...well.at least my ears and eyes are perfectly fine..x)

im weak..m feeling really really weak.

caught a flu today and went training with a runny nose...obviously m not feeling too well but still proceeded with the training..had time trials afterwhich 100m intervals..after one round of interval i felt really giddy and could not breathe properly..for a moment i tot i was like gonna stop breathing and just collapse..i panicked.den tears flow down and blah blah blah...ok...i noe it sounds kinda dramatic but hey..it really did happened...just can't understand y m feeling so fragile during trainings these days ..comes to show tat my fitness lvl had dropped.. and m depriving of strength !!

wahahahha...yo pple !!!! m so damn happy !!i qualified for the 400m semi-finals !!!!! wahhaha..yesterday's timing was my personal best man !! 65secs !! wahhaha...really hope i can go even faster and enter the FINALS !! kk...lol..this year's track is really the best man..so many trackers qualified for the next race..haha..yupps..lol..all the best trackers !! WE CAN DO IT !! haha..so happy this year..=))

yoyoyoyo..hahax..was training for the past few days.my race is on this FRIDAY !!! arghhhhhhhh..hahaha..scared..dun think i can make it to the semi-finals..haha..wheeeeeeeee..kk..anyway..we really hope we can take part in the relay..hope siva allow us to run..haix...we've been training jus now..quite happy wif our results but still wun be able to ran..sighh..y is he like tat..can't he just gif us a chance ..nvm lar...wat can we do..sighh..no mood to tok bout it larhs..haix...

hey pple !!!! really sorry !! didn't have the time to blog...busy larhs..speech day..arghhhhhhh..haha..but FINALLY ! Speech Day is OVER !! hahaha..jus came back from dinner wif huey si carisa valencia they all...had a really great time during speech day..even though my legs were aching due to the long hour of standing and serving food to the vips...but was fun larhs..yupps...gained a whole lot of experiences when being a waitress..haha..i polite ok..lol! any way..speech day went fine.. and the NCC was damnnnnn COOL man..hahaha..when they on stage doin the some kind of "dance " lar..hahaha..kk..the dance was good too..haha..okies..gtg..real exhausted..gonna faint soon...kk...byeeeeeeee...take care...~

heyz peepos..wastn't able to update my blog this few days..was busy..almost every day stayed up till 7+ sometimes 9.by the time reach home so tired..no time to blog..yea..lol..anyway..had the WITS competition today..hmm came in secind..and lost to cat high by 2 out of a 1000 points !! arghh..just becoz we forgotten to mention somethings..damn..haha..nvm larhs..arfter all i still think we r the winners ~! we did our very best already..yupps..and i wanna thank all of our supporters...daryl foong (our loyal supporter!), yvonne, wan su , aramia, yiting, puay hoon, janice and lynette..hope i did not miss out anyone..haha..anyway ..love ya all !!

harlow pple !~ sorry yea..din have the time to blog for the past 2 days. wanted to blog yesterday but reached home at bout 9.30pm .was preparing the wits presentation . tat's held today larhs.. haha..and we qualified for the finals !!! so happy..it's held this sat..at ai tong school .lol my primary school .haha.. really satisfied wif our performance today.. felt tat kyle val and carisa did really well..generally we r good larhs..haha..excellent i mean..lol.. except tat we r a little too fast wif our presentation..haha..im in charge of clicking only..lol..all the best KNIGHT VI !! we can do it !!

got up this morning and felt a little better in my back..lol..den went to school at 10 am for a meeting wif mr yeo..all of us involve were early of coz except for our dearest President Kyle Sim..i called him at bout 9 to wake him up and he arrived in school at 11.. probably went back to slp after my call..haha..well..anyway..meeting went fine..quite a bit of brainstorming for ideas and some discussion..haha..

ate at kyle's clubhouse for lunch..lol..he treated us..haha..thanx man..had fish and chips..and was quite alright..then we walked a long way out of the club and headed for tp..carisa wanted to buy some stuff..so yea..all of us followed her..haha..went home after tat..of coz..haha..school's reopening soon..really glad tat i can see all my buddies again ..woohoooooo~~ haha..yea..but my hw not done..arghh..anyway.think i'll go already..might be watching the soccer match later.wahahaha..france will win~ lol..take care peeps..byee

arghhhh..my back muscle hurts..damn pain now..ouch..dunno wat happen..haha..just came back from tuition..like tuition marathon ..ultra tired now.. 4-6pm tuition..7-9pm tuition again..bored..

mama wan mi to finish my hw by tml..but wat the hell..it's so impossible..got like half of my hw not done. still got this stupid meeting tml..sigh..dunno when the meeting gonna end..surely very long one..haha.. hmmm ..gotta prepare myself for the coming SWIFT athletics competion..haha..yupps..really hoping for he best..yea..haha... think i'll get some rest..take care peeps..

back from camp..tired..exhausted..lol..had great fun during the track camp for the past three days...yupps..trainings were rather tiring..haha..but happy wif the effort i've put through during the trainings..even though my muscles ache during the training..had some games too .. haha..

i had fun..but was somewhat disappointed wif the juniors..there was no disicipline at all.the bonding isn't there and some of them was rude to the seniors at times..haha..somehow there was this problem goin on between the lower sec gals..but shan't elaborate much bout it..yea..anyway..m looking forward to the next track camp..haha..funnnn...lol .TRACK RAWKS...take care peeps..ciaos

hoof...my muscles hurt real lots now.. hmmmmm..wasn't running my best just now..knew i could go faster..but my legs just couldn't bring mi further..not happy wif my run..didn't qualify..yea. sad..never mind.wat to do..can't possibly turn back time and run again rite..think i'll just have to train extra hard for nationals track.haha..jia you ! really wanna congratulate lehana..she was the first qualifier for the 100m finals..lol ..so happy for her =)..all the best for tml k..yupps..really confident tat she's gonna get a gold medal !! hahax..
